July 27, 5:30 pm, City Park Meeting Room, City Council Meeting Mount Shasta, there is a closed session meeting before the regular meeting.     The closed session agenda says that they are meeting to discuss 2 possible litigations.  Wonder if this has anything to do with the City Manager and the Finance Department?  Agenda for July 27 regular meeting:  7871   One interesting item on future business is a forensic audit of the financing department. Anyone know what the reasons for a forensic audit would be?  Have anything to do with the two pending exposures to litigation??
